13.01.2022 I like to take a photo before I begin, when it’s quiet and waiting for the fellow footsteps to begin to shuffle in... I forgot to take one before we commenced... so here you see the closing of a circle. Where the beautiful women who invested in themselves tonight shared many beautiful moments. Each time, each circle always continues to blow my spiritual mind-just how important these are. I’m yet again so very proud of these women, including myself. The energy is breathtakin...g, and can’t simply be understood, but must be felt. Thank you for coming tonight and holding space

05.01.2022 Motivation........ (on a side note... I truly believe that motivation doesn’t always, or has to come from a thought... we simply can’t reply on this. Motivation comes from doing... it starts with putting your shoes on and walking out the door, it starts with vacuuming the kitchen, it starts with picking up some cotton, or drift wood to create... and before you know; you’ve walked 20 minutes, you’ve moved onto the next room to tidy, or you’ve made a little craft that fills y...our creative soul with motivation, happiness, spontaneity and life) What’s positive word?
