14.01.2022 How to reset Smart Cradle and scanner hand-held. Cradle unplug the USB cable and power supply. Reconnect the Power supply and then USB cable. Scanner Your scanner may have a reset button. Check. (serial number???). Otherwise perform as follow. Unscrew the single screw at base of scanner. Using your thumb nail, insert into gap above the word OPEN. Pull away from scanner (Not in the direct of arrow above the word OPEN). You should be able to see the battery and battery tab.... Hole onto tab and pull battery out. You can use the Paging feature to check if scanner hand held and cradle is paired. With the scanner out of cradle, press the brown button on the side of cradle once.
