22.01.2022 MEET OUR NEW GUITAR TEACHER, SPENCER Spencer is a Brisbane based Jazz guitarist recently graduated from the Queensland Conservatorium with a Bachelor of Jazz Performance. Spencer has been gigging around the greater Brisbane area and even went overseas to Japan to play at various Jazz bars in Tokyo January 2020. Inspired by musical monoliths such as Bill Evans, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Bobby Broom, John Coltrane, and Thelonious Monk, Spencer seeks to find a balance for himself betwee...n the traditional and the modern in improvised music. After teaching guitar for two years he’s discovered a passion for teaching musicians in all stages of development and guiding them on a tailored path that suits them as an individual with their own way of learning and goals. Send us a message if you are interested in guitar lessons. We also have places for piano and singing lessons. Now's as good a time as any!
