21.01.2022 Forgiveness came up in our Mindfulness Matters Meditation group this week. Whenever you are feeling something towards someone or something, it is your feeling to own for you, not theres. You are the one feeling it. You have the choice to own it for you or you can blame and project it to being someone or something elses fault. This action of blaming always gives your power away and leaves you at the mercy of other peoples actions or life's unpredictable circumstances. Own you...r feelings they are yours and are usually indicating something to you. The healing starts with acknowledging and owing and loving your feelings, thoughts and beliefs. 20.01.2022 Support has been a big topic this week and such an essential part of Being and living. Whether you are stepping out to do something new (which can be exciting and scary), feeling vulnerable or in a fragile space within, or feeling stressed about something important to you, when you surround yourself with supports or seek the support you need, challenging times become welcomed lessons and feel much lighter and easier to move through. The definition of stress is ' a challenge without support'. If you are feeling stressed its an indication more support is needed. Surround yourself with those people and things that make you feel good, loved and supported. This is where the magic happens and change flows easily

13.01.2022 Our Mindfulness Matters Meditation Group finished up last week. 6 weeks of connection, relaxation, inspiration, processing, discussion, learning, sharing, laughter and fun. It was such an honour to facilitate this amazing group of women. I have recieved some great feedback, so i will be running this group again in the future.... 08.01.2022 I have recently had a break from the busyness of life and took some time out to spend relaxing and getting in touch with nature. Here is a wallaby mum and baby in her pouch, i woke up to one morning at our campsite. It was such a beautiful reminder of how animals can be a way to connect with the loving, nurturing part of ourselves that we often forget about in our day to day life. This gentle, nurturing part of us we often access and use easily with friends in need, childr...en or animals but can neglect to give some of this back to ourselves.
