23.01.2022 Did you know that the soccer injury rate for girls is 1.3x higher than for boys? This can be due to a number of factors such as hormonal changes & anatomical make-up which are often out of the player's control. What can be controlled are factors such as a player's muscular strength, balance, agility, fitness, flexibility etc. By improving factors such as these the likelihood of injury can be significantly reduced.... So come in & see us for an AxIT Assessment & we can identify what can be improved & what needs to be worked on. https://www.aspirephysiobunbury.com.au/book-an-appointment/
