24.01.2022 So it's been a hard journey after 3 years of being injured, I dislocated my knee playing footy then was in a car accident and had severe whiplash. Putting on over 30kg, people saying mean things to me putting me down. Depression hit hard, the mental state to train again was the worst. I couldn't move, I couldnt train how I wanted to or at all. Now I'm back in it and working hard and eating well. I have lost 10kg in 4 weeks. Still more to come, to train the high intensity car...dio but I'm feeling great. Body, mindset, and knowing when your body is ready.
