UV can do a LOT of damage to your skin such as pigmentation ie sun spots, freckles etc , premature ageing with depletion of collagen leading to fknand to more serious and and potentially deadly damage like cancer. ... We allocate specific consultation and treatment time per client, so that you as a client are able to receive treatments to the highest standard of care and quality. ... It is because of this, that we politely ask that you: - Arrive on time for your appointments (allocate time for traffic and car parking) - If you are a new client, please arrive 5 minutes before scheduled appointment time to fill out our New Patient Questionnaire - Give us a courtesy call if you are running late (inbox is not always attended to immediately) - Provide 24hours notice if you need to cancel or rebook your appointment If you are unable to follow these courtesy requests, this may result in: - Having to rebook your appointment due to late arrival - Cancelation fees and deductions of deposits made if cancelation notice is not provided - Repeat offenders may not be able to rebook in future Our therapists will endeavour to keep to our treatment time allocations and ask that you can also help to create smooth sailing by following the above measures.
