Strength training is about building a more coordinated body thats more capable of producing, reducing, and controlling force in order to better perform a variety of movements, and be more resistant to injury when doing so. The benefits of strength training, in our opinion, are second to none. A stronger body? Yes please. A more coordinated body? Definitely. A body at less risk of injury? Hell yes. ... This is why we strength train personally and why we highly recommend it for clients. Its not to get big or bulky, not to break records, not to sculpt (but it is an awesome side effect) but to have a body that is strong, resilient and that functions as best it can. 08.01.2022 Hey team! With the challenging times ahead of us we just wanted to update you on some policies at all Aspire venues, effective immediately. We have always had t...he fortune of indoor & outdoor sessions at our boutique studios and gym spaces and will continue to offer our personal training sessions and group classes utilising our outdoor spaces as much as possible. For anyone uncomfortable coming to the gym, we have our fully equipped mobile gym so can come to your home or park as well as home gym equipment on offer - stay tuned for our FREE home workouts. 1. #getasquirt - All spaces are equipped with hand sanitiser and antibacterial wash, upon entry to the facility please wash your hands. 2. All equipment used during classes and personal training will be disinfected at the completion of EACH session. 3. Please feel very welcome to come along to class and PT but if you have any of the symptoms, have travelled or have been around someone who has please stay home for two weeks. Exercise caution and follow the Australian Department of Health guidelines. 4. For boxing classes please bring your own equipment if you have it. We will have inners and our new Aspire Gloves available for purchase if youd like to have your own pair. We will still have gloves/mits for use and will again disinfect at the end of each session. 5. #getatouch has always been a huge part of our club culture and we will still encourage you to be vocal and encourage others where you can! For the time being please refrain from high fiving and replace it with a foot touch. We look forward to having you down as always and together doing our bit to keep everyone well and strong. This program will be run at our boutique Mullaloo studio and it includes weekly classes with a mixture of HIIT, strength, pilates, and yoga, as well as nutritional information and recipes and online coaching support. We will also be offering a discounted personal training rate to anyone wh...o signs up for the 4 week program. Our facility has always maintained a clean and professional standard, fully equipped with appropriate hygiene supplies, regular cleaning protocols and strict class sign-in policies to help monitor client numbers. We will continue these protocols even with government restrictions easing in the coming weeks. This 4 week program is priced at $199, including the unlimited classes, nutritional information and more all provided by our highly experienced team. The personal training special of $30/session is also available at an additional cost to the program. Jess Green - Coach and Pilates Instructor Jess grew up in a very active environment, participating in lots of different sports - from running and netball, to dancing and tennis. She has always felt such benefits from being active both physically and mentally and 4 years ago she decided that she wanted to make sharing these benefits her career. She began in the fitness industry as a personal trainer later adding Pilates to her qualifications. From there she has ...moved into a coaching role with a big focus on strength and conditioning. You can expect her sessions to be challenging, technique focussed and full of energy. Look out for her Strength and Pilates classes on the Mullaloo schedule. Savannah Steinbach - Personal Trainer. Savannah has competed at State Level in middle distance running for eleven years and developed a strong passion for health and fitness. She now specialises in running and fitness training and aims to support and empower others to achieve their goals. Look out for Savannahs HIIT and circuit classes at Mullaloo - they are sure to get you sweating.
