For those who don't know me personally (and for some who do) the new name is derived from my nickname Muddy, given to me well over 10 years ago by my dearly beloved. There's a bit of a story behind the name and I won't bore you with the details, but know that it's a name that always brings a smile and a giggle to my face and I am very fond of it.... So next time you're staring at a blank wall wondering how you can brighten it up, remember it probably just needs 'A Splash of Mudd'. Have a wonderful weekend everyone

05.01.2022 MY NEW ART SPACE! Just unpacking the paints and brushes and to say I'm a little bit excited is a HUGE understatement, it's been far too long since I made a huge mess This is a space that I have reclaimed downstairs and basically poured all our odd pieces of furniture into it and a heap of plants that I hope you will stick around to watch grow with me, I'm a bit of a house plant freak at the moment. Yes I know my windows need a good clean lol but on a serious note this new s...pace is completely different to all my previous ones, it's more organic and botanic (easy when it's not a shed lol) and I can't wait to create in this new environment. Each time I have a break from painting I feel that something new comes along in the next wave, I need lots of new pics in my own home so I have plenty to be getting on with and of course I will share these with you. Thank you to everyone who has stuck around during my break, I have high hopes for this next chapter. Keep your eyes open for more exciting news soon. Love & Peace to all
