16.01.2022 When we transfer tapes a lot of customers don’t know what’s on them.. So.. we have some guidelines to protect the customer from any unnecessary costs associated. 1. We only transfer ‘home type videos’ 2. We don’t transfer tapes with obvious TV shows recorded ( unless you indicate that your ‘starring’ in them and want them )... 3. We don’t transfer copyright material eg: Disney’s Lion King etc Sorry Mr Harvey!

15.01.2022 The snow has melted, the decorations put away and the holiday hours are over. Were back to normal hours but with an anormal thirst for great customer service and value for money. Come in. Brings those holiday videos and well digitise them for total ease of viewing and sharing. Happy New Year too!

If you have packaged your tapes etc and written down clear instructions, just ring prior to coming and we can fill out the counter invoice then and there with your details and email the copy straight away.... A quick blast on the horn will let us know youve arrived and we can collect from your car window. The collection service will be the same and we can bring our Eftpos to the car window or you can pay over the phone. We like to think that using a bit of extra sensibility will help us all through this crisis and still let our business operate as usual. Thank you.

We have sanitiser for your use and all counter surfaces and door handles are sprayed after each visit. We also continue with our drive in service where you can remain in your vehicle and we come to you. Just bundle your job with your details and place on the tray we bring. 08.01.2022 This wonderful letter in today from Phil M. Today I picked the last batch VHS to DVD material at Aspley Video Copy Centre and told the manager how satisfied I am with the job they performed over the past few months copying a collection of VHS tapes onto DVDs. First-up I wish to thanks the team for their efficiency as well as their over and beyond customer service.... Whenever I had a question the Manager and staff equally where open to my inquiry, gave god information and replied abundantly to any of my questions. On one occasion I badly needed a copy for a lecture at very short notice, the manager promised I should have the copy first thing the next day and indeed I got it early the following morning. I am also very satisfied with the prices, this firm gives excellent value for your money. So, for anyone looking for a reliable, honest and top mark service providers to copy anything; I can highly recommend Aspley Video Copy Centre for their service, friendly way of dealing with customers and work done with excellence for a price which will give anyone good value for money. PS: My only regret is that I learned of Aspley DVD VIDEO SERVICE too late and had disposed of many VHS tapes which could have been saved if I had know this business before. Many thanks guys
