17.01.2022 Learning from the Kids, Digging at a beach for no reason for two days in a raw. A huge trench left at Sandgate.... Riding a dirt bike with a full set of heavy safety gear on a hottest day and never complaint about the heat. This must be the prime examples of living the moment. Do what you want to do no matter what others think of you as long as its not harming any other lives??

03.01.2022 I will be using pressure points, mainly using two fingers. The points will depend on where one carries stress & tensions. It usually works well with Stiff head and neck and shoulder where most people get tense with everyday stress. You will be able to talk with me during the session.... There will be healing energy working through the points and depending on one's sensitivity, eachone will feel different result. It often takes overnight after the session for the body to go through shifting. Most people feel deeply relaxed and lighter in mind.
