15.01.2022 We wish to tell our customers that we are practicing the advice given re Covid-19 with regard to 4sqm and one customer at a time to our counter. We have sanitiser for your use and all counter surfaces and door handles are sprayed after each visit. We also continue with our drive in service where you can remain in your vehicle and we come to you. Just bundle your job with your details and place on the tray we bring. Business is normal in this abnormal time.... We all need to survive. If our business doesn’t through lack of support, then your precious memories could be lost forever. We are open 9-5 weekdays. 10.01.2022 To our valued customers.. During this time with Covid19 we are offering a ‘drive thru’ service. If you have packaged your tapes etc and written down clear instructions, just ring prior to coming and we can fill out the counter invoice then and there with your details and email the copy straight away.... A quick blast on the horn will let us know you’ve arrived and we can collect from your car window. The collection service will be the same and we can bring our Eftpos to the car window or you can pay over the phone. We like to think that using a bit of extra sensibility will help us all through this crisis and still let our business operate as usual. Thank you.

03.01.2022 When we transfer tapes a lot of customers don’t know what’s on them.. So.. we have some guidelines to protect the customer from any unnecessary costs associated. 1. We only transfer ‘home type videos’ 2. We don’t transfer tapes with obvious TV shows recorded ( unless you indicate that your ‘starring’ in them and want them )... 3. We don’t transfer copyright material eg: Disney’s Lion King etc Sorry Mr Harvey!
