21.01.2022 REST RECHARGE RECONNECT I lost my dairy a month ago and I was working on this light code then. I was very sad when that happened but eventually I let go of the attachment and accepted it. The whole month after the disappearance of my dairy was a massive time of rest for me. I literally slept for 15 hours straight on some days. Yesterday I found my dairy again and I got to finish the code. Yayieee ... For me it felt like that it uplifts the meaning of rest for me, to release any guilt or shame attached to resting. Rather in-joy doing nothing. Resting assists me in creating space within me to be able to create more. I have been feeling so spacious, it’s empowered me further to remember I can do anything I put my mind and heart to. The space also helps me connect more deeply with the spirit. The more I reconnect with spirit, I can sense and feel the personal cheerleading squad which is always present with me. They make me feel so loved. I’d love to know what you feel from it?

14.01.2022 Big remembrance coursing through the ether. If you choose to connect to the rawness of your being, your true essence to Prakriti(nature). There is so much energy floating to be remembered and accepted. With the precision in intention every action performed is an act of remembrance. How to fully breath air into every space. So much love surging to support overwhelming feelings for us to deeply trust and surrender. ... Take care of your energy, be aware of what’s in your field and remember the power of elements and be empowered in your self to alchemise density to lightness. Some of the ways I shift and work with energy is with help of breath-work, music, painting and dancing. But mostly it’s by being present with my breath while I am doing anything. Firmly trust yourself to find your way. Remember you can do it, we all can do it. Together cleansing the collective mental. Infinite love and blessings Ooshma
