We love working with driven motivated people, be the athlete, the weekend warrior, the gym goer or the family worker, and we can't wait to come back to it again next year. We will be back at it from the 4th of January. ... Merry Christmas and much love. Achieve Sports Physio.

13.01.2022 Every form of training, whether it be strength, cardio or sport related, has the ability to increase our capacity to resist load. The greater your capacity, more difficult it is for any load to exceed it (meaning less injuries!). This is great short video explains the relationship between load and injury. https://www.youtube.com/watch Often when people are commencing training it can be difficult to understand what your capacity for load is and therefore understand how hard ...you can train. An experienced coach or health professional can help you understand your capacity and how best to train. Contact us if you would like to understand how hard you can push your training whilst reducing your chance of injury and soreness.
