16.01.2022 Good luck and FarEwell! Today we bid farewell to Madi Dux one of our longest serving staff members. As sad as it is to say goodbye, we knew that it was only natural for this baby bird to want to spread her wings to explore the world sooner or later, after all, Madi has been in the nest amongst the Flower family organisations since she was 15 years old.... Madi begun her journey as a work experience student whilst in year 10 to then working part time during school holidays until year 12. Madi then began working one day a week as part of her Business Certificate course during her final year of highschool. Time has certainly spun by quickly, having had the pleasure to watch Madi grow from a young determined teen to a professional young lady celebrating her 10th year with ASR in April of this year. During Madi’s time with ASR, she mastered the art of juggling her busy life! Whilst helping her family’s Harness Stable business, Madi completed an accounting degree, moonlighted in silks as a Harness Racing Driver, to also successfully meet her work commitments with ASR. It has been an absolute pleasure to have Madi as part of our team and we wish her all the very best for the future.
