The following is an email i recieved today from a confused customer of another perso...ns business called Mr Assemble... yes that`s right "Mr Assemble" and ASIC have allowed this business to have that name... This business is in NSW and when i approached Asic about the similarity being too close and that i didnt approve of Asic allowing someone else to name their business Mr Assemble well Asic just said unless i can prove that this business named Mr Assemble will cause me the following> "Good morning To be eligible to request a review of a decision to register a business to a non-related entity you will need to provide examples of substantial detriment. Otherwise, you will be ineligible and the review closed. Regards xxxxxxxxxxxxx Here`s the email from a person who has sent his email to Mr Assembly and not Mr Assemble... 03.01.2022 This Bbq is over 15 years old. ..it was the flagship item that started off the flatpack era when Mr Assembly was just one of 3 businesses out there. .it's a real beauty and has just been cleaned again. ..it's made by Garth outdoor living and is made of the best stainless steel sheet and fixings. ..it's been on a balcony by the beach and has been all over Victoria. ..this bbq was top of the line back then and I wanted something that I thought would last and I was happy to pay ...a little more as to me it was an investment. .. Nowerdays to buy this quality you can expect to pay thousands. ..most bbqs are enamel or cheaply made and that's why when it's hard rubbish time you'll see them stacked up everywhere. .. so now after my bbq dries I will leak test it just to be safe and the next good day I will be out the back yard cooking some onions and sliced potatoes... a few snags and a nice coldie... ozzie ozzie ozzie oi oi oi.
