20.01.2022 Asset Flooring Group recommends the use of walk off mats in commercial building doorways. Effective removal of dirt and moisture from pedestrian footwear makes the matting system ‘a must’ for entry areas at shopping centres, retail outlets or any other commercial building which is lawfully required to provide ‘duty of care’ to large daily volumes of foot traffic. The other purpose is also to protect vinyl floor coverings from long term wear caused by grit underfoot. Some matting products offer Pedestrian R12 Slip Rating and five Year Manufacturers Guarantee. 17.01.2022 Having the ability to produce high quality flooring for clients is something that we value very highly. For this project we commissioned Affordable Fitouts Australia to update the gym flooring and even the walls of Anytime Fitness in Sandgate. Sticking to their brand guidelines, we wanted to bring to life a new and modern update to their business by using high quality durable flooring products that would endure a lot of traffic and dumbbell dropping! Georgia from Affordable Fitouts shared with us "A very big thank you to the QLD team for (their) assistance... As always, it was a pleasure working with (them) and we are very pleased with the end result. Thanks for making this one a smooth process! Look forward to the next one!" 15.01.2022 Here's another look at our flooring restoration at an aircraft hangar which was transformed into an office space. When you spend some time breathing life back into an old floor you can really revive its original charm. The key here is to think sustainably, and with a little professional TLC it's amazing what can be achieved!

06.01.2022 Renascent were recently engaged to update the busy Level 13, Building 108 (The Tivoli) of RMIT University. This meant that the flooring and fitout materials were heavily considered prior to installation, to ensure maximum durability and safety for the high traffic area. Each room was laid with either Ontera Modular Carpets' Tiles, Forbo Flooring Systems' Surestep Sheet Vinyl, Tarkett IQ Granit sheet vinyl, Karndean Designflooring Vinyl Planks or Karndean Looselay Longboard. T...he completed project provided a stylish and functional learning environment for students and teachers to both collaborate and congregate in a range of settings. The various flexible configurations of seating and learning areas are typical of a modern education facility these days, and we were proud that our products and service were able to support such a versatile and important design.
