I know new seasonal colours and trends are a big deal in the industry press, ... and Im as keen as anybody to see what the colours are... but honestly, the real trends emerge from the queries we field in the shop and the popular items that are purchased for room makeovers. Find out what the "real designer colours" are this season... THIS WINTERS MOST SEEN AND REQUESTED COLOURS ARE: - Jewel tones & forest greens - Mixed with blush and sage green greys. STYLE INSPIRATIONS PLAYING WITH MATERIALS, COLOURS, AND TEXTURES We have been so inspired by different projects that have come through the shop recently. The colour inspirations that we are creating for our customers are all on trend and have really been a joy to work with. Some clients are inspired by our favourite new fabric collections, others a beautiful new cushion cover, or a new piece of artwork, but my favourite recently was a beautiful winter floral bouquet setting. WORKING WITH OUR INSPIRATIONAL PIECES There is always so much to work with. The rich colours and pale shades.. all remarkably on trend this season. As well as the multiple materials - blonde woods, pale stone finishes, glitzy metal finishes, and of course multi-textured fabric styles. DESIGN STUDIO UPDATES The timing has been great as we have recently been updating our upholstery studio library with the latest sample books and finishes that are being offered by our fabric houses. Stunning, Gorgeous, Rich vibrant fabrics and beautiful contrasting shades. What a wonderful palette we have to play with! 05.01.2022 A quick hello and some news from the interiors studio this week... We have received a number of lovely new pieces for the showroom over the past couple of weeks. Our new line of "Glamour" sofas has been drawing quite a few orders and inquiries since its been in the display window earlier this month. Available in a number of configurations and fabrics it will be a popular choice for many new outfittings.... - Caroline
