A Will is a Legal Document that outlines how you would like your Assets (Estate) distributed when you die and appoints the person who will be responsible for the Administration of your Estate (Executor). The people who receive your Estate are referred to as your Beneficiaries.

25.01.2022 Testator = Somebody who dies with a valid Will and therefore dies in Testacy. Intestator = Somebody who dies without a valid Will and therefore dies Intestacy.... Partial Intestator = Somebody who dies with a valid Will but owns property and assets that is not included in the Will therefore dies in Partial Intestacy.
