Today I was shocked to say the least about an client who spoke out of line to another business owner. Not one but 2 business owners. Not only was it complete rubbish but this client and I have never shared any kind of conversation in the past or the present. I was saddened that this kind of behavior was deemed acceptable by her and I have c...hosen to terminate her as a future client. I like to think I have a great relationship among other nail artist here in town and it’s unfortunate that this has not only affected me but another nail technician in town. I am a very honest person and stay true to my word so it’s disheartening and rather embarrassing. I will not accept this type of behavior. I’m a mother, a wife and total dog lover, and Ive been nailing since 2015 I’m located in a small regional town within the southwest slopes of NSW called Young. Better known as the Cherry Capital of Australia. I’m 27 years young, bones and muscles the age of a 60year old () but an absolute heart of gold. ... I specialise in mostly sculpted acrylic sets although do enjoy the occasional simple gel polish mini mani. My favorite sets to do are by far the Assez Studio Specials. These sets allow me to do anything I wish design wise. It keeps my brain working and allows me to go with the flow of my imagination. Sometimes it’s just an excuse to do something wild and extravagant! I’m accompanied by a small group of local techs who all have a very different style. My style is very sleek, elegant and somewhat over the top and exciting. I’m forever pushing my own boundaries and I think that’s why my clientele base love me. I like to think I bring a special kind of service. When a client takes a seat in front of me, that’s when our ‘nailship’ begins. I deal with an incredible bunch of women. Most of which who are dealing with their own demons. Each person who comes in shares a different story. A story I’ll take to the grave because I too have demons.. I feel incredibly blessed that my clients trust me enough to share their stories with me. Sometimes it’s not about the nails, it’s about just sitting down and having a yarn. Being a nail technician is much more then just creating pretty nails. It’s about the friendships you make along the way. It’s the achievements you cross off your list, the nailships made between artists & client and the feeling of accomplishment you get after every banging set of nails you do.
