Hi Frank, I don't normally reply to these emails but in your case i think i needed to give you some feedback on your performance.Sounds like a first date doesn't it. Anyway, from the moment i talked to you i realised that i had a tradesman who was serious about his customers and his business. Your professionalism was very apparent. It...s rare these days to have a bloke turn up when he say's he will. Your phone call to advise me when you would arrive was very appreciated. THAT just does not happen normally. Most of the time it's the other way around and if and when the person is finally contacted, you are left to listen to a bunch of lame excuses as to why that person couldn't make it.
