16.01.2022 Commercial buildings contain a range of confined environments, including roof spaces between levels. These areas are used to route utilities and hide structural elements of the building. Inspecting these spaces has typically been a time consuming and expensive operation. Although now with the use of an Astra EXO, these spaces can be rapidly inspected with a high degree of detail. In this video an Astra EXO is operated within the roof space of a building to be demolished. The... objective of the flight was to check the integrity of the fireproof coating applied to structural beams and identify any which may contain hazardous materials. 15.01.2022 This is a stope inspection conducted at Fosterville Gold Mine using Astra Drone Solution's EXO drone. The Astra EXO is capable of performing remote visual inspections in areas which are either unsafe or inaccessible to humans and traditional inspection equipment. The Astra EXO is highly configurable and is fitted with three onboard cameras which can be streamed back to a remote ground station, with two of the cameras recording HD (1080p 60fps) footage for post-flight analysis (the two view feeds shown in this video).
