17.01.2022 Did you know Australia's First Nations people are the oldest known astronomers in the world!! Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people developed numerous ways to use the sun, moon, stars, and astronomical phenomena for navigation, calendars, weather predictions, and narratives passed down the generations over tens of thousands of years! We are so thankful to live and capture our astrophotography on Bundjalung country. Starting from today, to acknowledge and celebrate the... fact that each area in Australia had a former beautiful name prior to colonisation, we are going to begin including traditional place names in our mailing addresses. Thanks to a campaign brought forth by Gomeroi women Rachael McPhail, Australia Post have updated their addressing guidelines to include traditional place names. We encourage you to do the same. 12.01.2022 Wowzas what a day at the Ipswich Handmade market! A massive thank you to everyone who stopped by and supported our little business!!
