20.01.2022 I hope you are all doing well. 2020 has been a trying year so far but sometimes we need trying times to make us change direction, ultimately for the better. Whilst we are in the midst of things it can be daunting and anxiety producing so I hope you have all found ways to keep yourself healthy and positive. Since we have been social distancing I have been using other ways to question the body to find answers which means I can do exploration on line too.
