20.01.2022 Are you an empath? Being a sensitive soul can be exhausting, especially this year. And with Mars now retrograding through Aries, the celestial energies are feeling particularly intense. As we build towards Friday’s Aries full moon (7.03am AEST) take some time out for self-care. Burn protective incense or beautiful oils, treat yourself to a massage, cuddle your pets (this releases oxytocin, the love drug), sit under a tree or walk barefoot to earth yourself, listen to chilled out music or take a soak in the tub (I like to add Epsom salts or lavender oil). Or simply close your eyes and visualise sparkling white light pouring into the top of your head from above, filling your body with peace, love and protection. I’d love to hear your ways of coping!
