20.01.2022 UNIQUE BUILDING & CARPENTRY P/L have put in a massive effort over the past couple of weeks to get the slab down as we slide into the Christmas break. They managed to demolish the house by hand (due to asbestos), prep the site and lay the slab in just under 3 weeks. The frames are due to be delivered and stood the 2nd week of January which will see us 5 weeks ahead of schedule!

07.01.2022 This is a simple but stunning transformation of an investment property by URPG. This property is a long-term rental which recently had a rare vacancy following the tenants interstate relocation. We seized this opportunity to freshen up the space and turned around an extremely time efficient and cost-effective renovation. Theres a general rule when renovating an investment property, which is to keep the renovation cost to roughly 10% of the propertys value. We managed to sn...eak under this rule by completing the entire renovation for 9% of the propertys value. By planning, costing and scheduling the renovation months in advance, we were able to turn the entire renovation around in just 4 weeks and right on budget. During the first open for inspection, we were inundated with rental applications and managed to secure the rent for 20% more than pre-renovation. We also refinanced the mortgage and increased the value of the property by 20%. This is essentially a deposit for another property to repeat the process.
