Ive been dealing with a lot of clients where it will cost more to access it, especially for those Defence members with access to DHOAS and RA. 17.01.2022 Some good signs for the Brisbane Property Market. After about 5 yrs of slowly declining growth and the past 12mths of negative growth the market is on the move. This is a similar picture right down the Eastern seaboard of Australia. The combination of lower available stock and lower interest rates is starting to have an effect.

11.01.2022 Wed like to take this opportunity to update you on the current situation with COVID-19 and the changes to our business as a result. At this stage we have taken on board the recommendations made by Government and as such have cancelled all future live presentations. We had one booked this week for Townsville with 40 people, and even though this is under the recommended group sizes we thought it safer to postpone altogether. The presentation will be rescheduled once the envi...ronment changes and those that registered will be notified. In terms of the remainder of the business and assisting investors and home owners to find the right property, we are still operating as normal. We still have one to one bookings over the next few weeks and will continue to make bookings unless the advise changes. For those that have taken up the opportunity for Financial Health checks, these are also still happening as normal and we can setup chats via skype to chat over any details. 04.01.2022 Whats your favorite part of the build process? Mine is the design phase. Check out this massive home weve had designed for one of our clients. The island kitchen bench is 4m long!! The master bed is 4.5m x 4.2m and that doesnt include the WIR and en-suite. Massive home, cant wait to see the finished product.
