24.01.2022 Completed a re-roof of this section of the Varsity Lakes Community Centre. The rusted roof was removed and replaced with Cooldek Insulated roof panels. This style of roofing now provides excellent insulation to the community rooms below, and has slashed the cooling costs for the centre.

The addition of two custom designed structures here has allowed the client to increase the outdoor living area by more than double, and can now fully integrate and enjoy indoor with outdoor living. This entertainment area now includes a dining and lounge seating area, with a fully functional outdoor kitchen and BBQ area.

11.01.2022 Commencing the refurb work along the Surfers Paradise Foreshore Precinct today. These amenities blocks will be stripped down completely before a whole range of maintenance works begin. We are removing the existing roof to allow the structures to be sandblasted and powder-coated. Once complete, a brand new roof will be installed in upgraded materials, flashings and fasteners, to better cope with the harsh environmental factors of being located on the beachfront.

10.01.2022 Brand new Colorbond roof installed in Justins Park Burleigh today after the old Asbestos sheeting was removed. Ultra sheeting used as this structure is located right on the beachfront. Not a bad location to work at.

07.01.2022 Runaway Bay Indoor Sports Centre expansion project nearing completion. All walling, roof, parapet and guttering installed. Solartube skylights installed to provide internal natural light and 2 ventilators will extract warm air keeping it cooler.
