There’s a lot of fear about the Corona virus - chances are it will spread and the best way we can protect ourselves is to try an...d maintain a strong and healthy immune system. I think the best way to do this is with a healthy diet and lifestyle, drink plenty of water, regular exercise, enough sleep and being happy! ( Washing hands well and other practice ideas below also). Nature has provided us with some wonderful tools to boost our immune system and fight viruses and bacteria also - essential oils are one of these top tools. Here is a great article ( thanks to Kirra Beach Beauty Body and Soul for saving me hours putting it together ! ) . It discusses the virus/bacteria difference and how essential oils can work to attack viruses where antibiotics can’t - and can be harmful . The main therapies - vitamin D and C, colloidal silver , Astragalus, Zinc, HCQ, melatonin, medicinal mushrooms, mung bean supplement ( for cytokines storm) etc all wonderful for helping the immune system fight viruses .
