24.01.2022 There is a solution to back pain but research chooses to ignore it - "Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy" - the McKenzie method - its been around for over 50 years. Yes - take medication to take the edge off your pain, whether that is placebo or not. But then find a McKenzie trained therapist who will show you specific exercises to relieve your pain...Any comments?

From wha...t I hear you had a great time and witnessed first hand the power of MDT as the COMPLETE musculoskeletal assessment, classification and treatment system - 5 live patients with a variety of low back pains and sciatica - all improved by the end of the three day course and EMPOWERED to SELF MANAGE their own care.
