Let’s spread the word and get these sessions pumping. ... Ps. Feel free to do this session at home. All you need are some weights and a skipping rope. Substitute Kettlebell Swings for Dumbbell Upright Row and Deadball Slams for step-ups. Enjoy.

06.01.2022 The first ATC Personal Group Training Session at West Beach in on Wednesday 18th March. The location is the West Beach Community Church Outdoor Training Facility. Burbridge Rd West Beach SA 5024. First Session is FREE so come and try it out.... We will be running two sessions each lasting 1hr. First session 6-7am and then 7-8am. Please bring a mat, water and towel. The session will comprise of Strength, Cardio and High Intensity Interval Training. All fitness levels welcome. You must book to participate as spots are limited and a health and fitness PAR-Q form must be filled out and signed prior to participation. To book your spot and receive your PAR-Q form please email Adam at [email protected]. If you have any problems please contact Adam on 0411 444 780 Please park your cars in Apex Park and walk around as parking is limited in the church car park. Hope to catch you all soon

04.01.2022 Hey, hope you’re all well. Its been a pretty bad few months with everything that’s going down. Sorry that I haven’t been able to provide any more training sessions but I am also out of action at the moment with an injury. Word on the street is that within the month gyms will be open again. Fingers crossed everything comes together and we are all back training again. Here’s a few exercises of what not to do, don’t try this at home... 04.01.2022 CANCELLED GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS Well, it’s over before it even began!!! Unfortunately due to public health and safety concerns I have decided to cancel all group training sessions.... When things start to improve and we have this under control I will look at starting up again. I hope you all stay fit and health. Speak soon.
