Cant wait for The Mallard Duck to open and enjoy the serenity of this place after all of the unexpected obstacles and hard work, but it wouldn't be satisfying if it was smooth sailing all the time. Around 60m3 of clay removed, clay breaker put down, around 40m3 of clean yellow sand and around 35m3 of lawn mix as a solid base for new village green turf.

11.01.2022 Little project in Swan view. Stage 1 complete with a total clear out of the weeds, old railway sleeper retaining wall and old soil. We replaced the old retaining wall with a new stained treated pine retaining wall, added new soil to the top area and a new retic system using toro pop ups and MP rotator nozzles.
