15.01.2022 Hi Everyone I have some very exciting NEWS to share with you. As part of my Blitz fitness studio business I am starting up a coaching division that will include performance development through strength and conditioning, training camps plus fitness training programs for all sports. These will be specific to the certain sport the athlete participates in. They include triathlons, running, swimming, cycling, football, soccer and basketball. This will cater for juniors through to ...senior athletes. As mentioned above, part of my coaching services will include me personally providing triathlon coaching & triathlon programs. As of tomorrow I will be taking on triathletes. As part of the triathlon coaching area I am teaming up with Adam Beckworth from Beckworth Racing. With Adam and I working together you will have access to over 30 years of experience and knowledge from multiple sports at your disposal. Not many people may know of Adam. Adam has been the head coach of Beckworth Racing for 18 years now with a coaching background that goes back 23 years where he started as a swimming coach at the age of 17 years old under the tutor ledge of his dad John who has had a successful swim coaching career. My experience as a specialist in strength and conditioning & Adams well regarded swimming expertise along with his vast knowledge of triathlons is a unique partnership where we will look after all levelled athletes. We have two different strengths that will benefit the athlete. The diverse skill set will help the athlete perform better.
