This week my trainer, @athena_strength is onto me to make sure I complete my gym programming and actually do a full three days of workouts! To get me out of my motivation slump, she’s asked for proof that I did, in fact, attend the gym today! So here I am mid Chest day in the newly renovated @unigymtas Loving the new look and crushing my w...orkout! Among today’s accomplishments were 5x5 37.5kg chest press, 10kg triceps extensions and 10kg dumbell chest press. Always love the looks I get from bros in the weights section when I pick up the 10s!! 03.01.2022 Super salad! #foodporn When I was in Europe, I fell in love with a healthy fast food place called Pret. They had a salad very similar to this one that I I fell in love with and bought every time I went :P I've changed a few things up to fit my macros a bit better but it's got spinach, quinoa, broccoli, prawns, pomegranate seeds and chobani beetroot dip. This can easily also be made vegetarian or vegan, the original salad was vegan!... This salad is a total of 470 calories (note - my prawns had a garlic sauce on them because the usual ones I got weren't available so it bumped up the calories and fat. You can easily lower the calories by getting regular prawns, or using something like chicken) and had 39p/38c/18f. Yummy!
