11.01.2022 Range of Motion (ROM) the absolute game changer for clients wanting to maximise their development while minimising risk of injury Exploring full range, partial range, and isometric contractions are all examples of techniques we can use with clients to suit their strength levels and abilities. Often we see office workers stuck in fixed positions for several hours and taking their hips and upper back through full ranges of motion has a dramatic impact on their physical well b...eing. With clients who are quite flexible and don't maintain tension throughout a movement we can use isometric and partial ranges of motion to teach intensity and this will create more stability for their frame.
