09.01.2022 Brutal, effective and science backed agility and single leg power drill!!! Research shows repeat hops transfer really well to improving running speed and, when used in multiple directions like they are here, agility. Since this is randomised, this is a very tough and demanding drill for single leg stability! But it is excellent at preparing for the random movements needed once lockdown is over and you have an opponent in front of you. Forces are higher on your body anytime yo...u don’t have time to plan the movement - make sure you are getting ready for that! 3 sets of 15s is a pretty good starting point to keep a power focus while having to push through some fatigue. Now, go and build some pogo sticks for legs!

07.01.2022 It's been different the last few weeks, but there's been some amazing progress going on despite the changes! PB lifts (a 300kg deadlift isn't something you see everyday but it's now Jacksons norm), PB's all over the place in speed & conditioning tests, and people moving and feeling better every day. Make sure you're making the most of the extra time to chase your goals, because our athletes definitely are! If you are missing the heavier weights sessions, hit us up - we've g...ot gear. Need some specific speed & conditioning work? We've got you covered. Blending science and practice to reach your goals quicker. Very inspiring watching the progress you guys are making, keep it up!
