In fact, most patients will feel immediate pain relief afterwards That little sound that scares you away is believed to be the result of gas bubbles from your joints being released interesting, isnt it!

10.01.2022 First CrossFit comp of the year ticked off Over the weekend, I got to compete at the @capitalfitnesschallenge with my old man Jedo @paulo_salsinha representing @stepup_pt Couldnt have asked for a better partner to smash through 8 tough events with, in the advanced category We just came shy of a podium finish, ending up in 4th place I learnt new things about myself, found new strengths and weaknesses and took away a bunch of great memories. 01.01.2022 One thing Ive taken out of the whole COVID-19 situation is how much we take everything for granted! Something I never thought twice about, like going to train with my mates, has now become a no go I also see the effect in my patients who are stuck at home, who cant train and live by their normal routine.
