20.01.2022 Hey all it's been a while. Yes I'm back working at GoG, but no I'm not taking clients. Iso and finishing my mechanics apprenticeship took me in a whole other direction. And whilst I can still guide I don't feel I'm present to do so. Once you become a PT if you take others seriously, you see things differently, putting others before income and training them safely should be priority. Sure I could pretend I'm as fit as I used to be and take on clients but it'd be false as I... haven't been leading by my own example. I was never fit, until year 12 when I decided to do something about my weight and unhappiness. I lost 30kg and with iso and losing work I've put 10kg back on. I'm human. This year we've all been human. It's okay to try and fail. It's okay to have what you wanted pushed back, because who wanted this for 2020? No one. I'm back and here for the moment to work out as your friend and offer free advice, as I'm going through the same thing. With the lock down, losing pole, gym and my job as a mechanic I've lost so much fitness. I was ashamed to admit but now I'm not. Just being back in that environment seeing everyone's faces and getting back into the industry has been gorgeous. I've seen a heap of past clients and kept in touch with even more since I went back to finish my apprenticeship. Guess what, were all human! And most of them have kept with my teachings and made me so proud, even doing better than me!!! And I'm so proud. Proud I was part of the growth process. I'll be honest I care about individual goals but I care about individuals just as much. So no I'm not taking clients but I am back to help YOU it's why I got into personal training and I wouldn't want it any other way. I'm here, I'm human. I've failed and Ive succeeded. Isolation has sucked but let's come back stronger than ever.

In these times exercise can also be crucial to our mental health especially when so many of us are missing social interaction with our friends and family. That’s why I’ve decided to return to training to help those who may be struggling to find a routine, workout at home with minimal or no equipment and even those who just need someone to... keep them accountable and support them with their training goals.
