23.01.2022 Who's up for a scheduled deload week? This training cycle has been long, but necessary. The priority: building a strong base as we gratefully returned to training in the gym again and seeing consistent progression in our strength + fitness with a structured plan. ... We're stronger, fitter, faster. Now it's almost time for a breather so we can see all our hard work and persistence pay off come testing week.

They would be awarded points if they booked in to classes via our App and checked in on arrival to the gym.... .
