13.01.2022 Looking to join us for a run or walk? We meet near the top of the hill, Parkes Drive close to Paddington gates Centennial Park. Saturday morning 8am start time.... Distances vary but regularly 5k and some do 10k or thereabouts. Monday nights we hold squad training.....everyone welcome....about 70mins...$5 to coach. Meet at Paddington gates for a 6.30pm start. We do various types of training like hills, interval running, tempo runs and technique development. See you soon...just show up...don't be late.....

07.01.2022 Morning runners, for those not doing the club 5km park run at 7.00, we will also be doing the run to Cooper Park on Sat 28 Sept, approx 9 km, meeting at 8.00., with the 5 km walkers & runners. Have a good run everyone!
