23.01.2022 The best thing I will always enjoy about competing or Athletics as a whole is the gradually and constant improvement. Last year at only 16-17, you were chosen to be part of the UWA men open state relays’ team and brought home the gold medal (1st runner) with the second-third slower time in your team. This year, not only that you led the team but push through as the last runner and brought home the bronze medal with the first fastest time in your team. ... It’s always nervous rocking but great to watch today’s competition as always. Great effort Nate, congrats to the UWA boys for such incredible race and to every other athletes who competed today. Applause to the parents, volunteers and WA Athletics Stadium for always making such event happens no matter what. And special thanks to Lyn Foreman for having you on her team and know you are getting better by the seconds, World Athletics here we come, one day! #NoExcuses #TeamCALLAS #AthleticsMyLife

22.01.2022 Nate, this is a huge achievement, from 50.13 seconds personal best (PB) to 48.80 seconds in the 400m Sprints. Making you an automatic qualifier for the 2021 National Championships and now ranking number four in the world for your age group (U20), that's legendary! I only know of a few people that can inspire others to achieve greatness. You are one of those people. Your drive and passion are infectious. When faced with opposition, some people let their goals crumble. You are... not one of those people. When faced with adversity, it only causes you to persevere, and this achievement proves it. Remember as I always say, being an athlete, it's not about winning but continuous improvement, which you demonstrate every time you are training or competing. This is just the beginning and we are not stopping even when we reach the sky! Once again, Congratulations on your PB. Don’t forget to take a moment to enjoy it. I’m so happy to be able to watch you achieve such results and to be part of this moment. #AthleticsMyLife #TeamCALLAS #NoExcuses WA Athletics Stadium Athletics Australia World Athletics Tokyo 2021

21.01.2022 If you have not yet been to one of these matches, I encourage you to try this year. Follow Perth African Nations Football Council INC. for latest post/s of when’s the next game will be. Go and support your local country team for the 2020 Africa Cup Of Nations, right here in Perth. It’s an experience and atmosphere you will not want to miss. Remember sport is a universal language and it what brings us together. You don’t need to know the language to scream or pass the ball. ... And big applause to our volunteers, organisers and players for making such event to occur every year regardless of the circumstances, especially this year. Great job everyone. Good luck to all the teams and you are all champions already as always. #TeamCALLAS #NoExcuses

21.01.2022 With all the hate, anger and disturbance happening around the world, especially on social media, you have to be very mindful of the fact, that there are many vicious and frustrated people at the moment. Even online bullying has increased since everyone is mostly home and on social media/the internet. People are waiting to attack your post whether what you believe in** is right or wrong. Do not be threatened by their comments, nor who dis/likes your post but instead go out, ...support your locals and have time to yourself. Refreshing your mind and looking after your health is the best and most important thing to do. Also, Meet Evan, who arrived to Western Australia, Bunbury 15 years ago from Ghana and now ownes the first African shop/restaurants in Busselton. You have yet to try the goat and fufu soup. I was lucky enough to have one of the special Africa Continent necklaces, so hopefully when you visit the shop you will be one of the lucky ones to have one too. Ps. Busselton was great, until next time, Australia is a bountiful land of place to be alive. Respect to the Aborigines’ past, present and future ancestors of this Land, Australia (DownUnder) we all now call home. See more of some Africans custom made products: Yom Creations

20.01.2022 Today, I made history with many around the world. #TeamCALLAS #AthleticsMyLife #BLM #LetMeBreathe

19.01.2022 Winner of 2019 WA States Championship in the 400m. 2019 WA ALL SCHOOL STATE CHAMPIONSHIP RUNNER CHAMPION in the 400M. Competed and represented UWA at the Big 6 in the men’s 300m as well as at the 2019 Men Open State 4x400m Relay, where the UWA’s team brought home the gold medal. Ranking number 12th in Australia in 2020, for the men U18 400m. ... 18 years ago, on this very day, a legend was born and history has been made ever since then. A personal best hand time of 49.75seconds and electronic time of 50.13 in the 400m, 5 consecutive of 50 seconds in the 400m, speed can only get better with a brand new age, THE BIG 18! #MyMan, Happy birthday Nate, wishing all the very best in this world. You are already a legend, an inspirational, and a role model to many around you and keep that up. Though Nationals Competition was canceled due to COVID-19, take this as a life lesson that no matter how much you are ready and how much time you have invested to be prepared, things will not always go your way over, but the fact that you were ready is the KEY. Preparation, determination, and ambition are what you are and always aim for the sky, be it in athletics or anything you wish to accomplish in life. Once again, Happy birthday Nate, enjoy this BIG 18 as it’s never going to be coming back. I pray, as always that the good God continues to guide you in His path and protection. Much love, Nate, and enjoy the birthday. 1 Corinthians 9:24 Penny Nathanael #AthleticsMyLife #TeamCALLAS #NoExcuses

18.01.2022 What did you do this November aka Movember. Movember is not just about growing the moustaches (wish I tried very hard this year as always) but to raise vital awareness and funds for men’s mental health, specifically for prostate cancer, testicular cancer and spark the conversation for male’s mental health. Throughout the month of November, men are encouraged to grow their moustaches in Australia and around for such reasons and more. ... If you were unable to participate, this year you can always do so next year and the year after. Thanks to everyone who participated in Australia and around the world, its great to be aware of such regardless of our circumstances and we are. I will be going live once I am ready to shave my incredible Movember. Will keep you update once it will be done. #AthleticsMyLife #TeamCALLAS #NoExcuses

18.01.2022 #MentalHealthAwareness This post is not about showing off but of an identifying that Mental Health (Depression) has nothing on you. Know that suicidal is not an option! I have battled everything, with the help of sports, focusing on how the brighter side of my future and people around me has got me here today. And if I can do it, best believe you can or anyone can get though what you are going through now. You have so much to offer in this world and DONTCHA EVER DOUBT THAT...! And Know that you are never alone. This is what my page is about, Empowering You Through Sports to overcome your obstacles. From the village without shoes to the white man world, coming with nothing. Walked barefoot from place to daily. Now I wear shoes everyday, I have shoes for every occasions and have one of the fastest car to take me places in no time. This is to prove that Mental Health can be battled, it should be defeated by all means and only YOU CAN DO THAT! Peace and love to all that has been on this journey with me. 17.01.2022 Sometimes, it isn’t easy to say Goodbye. Goodbyes shouldn’t be the end of a relationship but a chance to bond stronger and better. But most of all, goodbye is surrounding yourself with those that values and accepts you regardless of your flaws. Time, respect and kindness is always the key to all closing/opening doors and these are the most important factors in life. Make the best out of it at all times. And for this reason, I want to say thanks to those who have always be...en part of my life, whether or not you are in this picture. Be it negative or positive, you have had a significant impact on my life, and for that I want to say thanks, also thanks for letting me to be part of your life too. I really appreciate everything small, little or big thing/s you have done for me and yet to do for me. Even if it’s the dis/likes button on social media, you are appreciated and only God can reward you for what you have done to and for me. For those that know me personally, this is just a stepping stone, a new chapter to another life and we are all again in this together till the very end. So thanks again and stay bless as always until we meet again. Let The Good Lord Leads the way as always. #AthleticsMyLife #TeamCALLAS #NoExcuses

16.01.2022 Sunday is usually my days off from any sort of training. It’s mine #MeTime. But I noticed I have not yet post anything lately, so why not Go Live and do 30-60mins home some exercise. 16.01.2022 Tonight at 5PM. I will be matching and Protesting with many other Australians (Immigrants, Refugees, Aborigines, Africans) at Forest Chase In @Perth City. Next to Myer not far from the train station. We are matching for the countless names that has been taken away soon by police both in America and Australia and around the world. My message stands for it self as the many others that will be protesting for #BlackLivesMatter #LetMeBreathe #ICantBreathe #StopPoliceBrutuality

15.01.2022 I am not sure if I am confident to say that I will ever make it to the Olympics or Commonwealth games as per before, but I know that everyday that I wake up I will be ok, because of the love and support I have from everyone around me, almost every day. 2017/18, my dream of becoming a Commonwealth/Olympics runner came to an end all of a sudden, especially when it was during state qualifications for nationals and the 2018 GoldCoast Commonwealth Games. I was at my peak of runni...ng a personal best by all means and who knows maybe a qualifier away for the Commonwealth. I was in a very dark place, fear of having to do doing surgery, losing my shape, fear of physical appearance, fear of lack of fitness and speed, so i ignored the injury and continued to train as if I was ok. Little did I know things only got worse, but encouragement from professional surgeons, The Mayor of Subiaco, Penny Mitchell Taylor, my mentor, friends and families I was able to undergo my first surgeon in June 2019, an ACL (Left Knee Reconstruction) and the second surgery in December 2019, insertion of the graft on my left knee. I am slowly recovering and getting stronger as the day goes by. Hopefully I’ll be able to come back on track training again by the end of this year if God’s willing. However, the state of mental health doesn’t have a label that we can wear everyday, so that others can see or know what’s happening. This is why if you cannot be nice or kind to anyone, do not say anything upsetting. Asking R U Ok?!? Is a great way to be a friend and great listener. Mental Health shouldn’t be an issue we cannot talk about. Every year I mention this, we don’t have a description for mental health in my culture and this does not have to be this way. It is ok to just want to cry, it is ok be sad and it is ok to talk about whatever you think you shouldn’t talk about. I personally care for you and we all do care. If I am ok, you should be ok too, we all should be ok together, because mental health isn’t just with you, it’s with everyone and all around us. My page is a safe place to comment, share and anything that you may want to be talk about as long we are all civil and respectful or send a private message. Alternatively you can contact any of these numbers 24/7 for professional support if needed. 13 11 14 - Lifeline Australia BeyondBlue - 1300 22 4636 Also, do not forget to not only just ask today, but every day you should ask one or two people R U OK #TeamCALLAS #athelticsmylife #RUOK

15.01.2022 Despite all of what’s happening, We still maintain and conquer. Focus and concentration is the key to greatness. The under 50s is yet to come but continuation of improvement cannot be any better than giving up. ... Congrats to all those who competed and applause our volunteers, parents and teacher for always making such event a remarkable one. Well done Nate and keep it up. 15.01.2022 AppreciationPost. (THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH) Checking In - UPDATE. ( I AM OK, Hope you are too) As per usual, I want to take this time to say thank you, firstly thanks to the old man, upstairs, Jesus himself for His breathe and consistent good health He gives to me for free of charge daily, without such Grace and Mercy, I will not be here or there. ... Thanks to everyone who is/has been in my life, especially this year and for the many other years to come. You have been a great impact on my life. Be it negative or positive, you are part of the many reasons for me to be where I am today. And for that, I want to say, thank you. Thanks to my family (#TheWisdomFamily), my direct and indirect family, friends in my daily life, on social media (Facebook Page, Snapchat, and Instagram), my mentor from The Smith Family. Thanks to Murdoch University, The Ragdoll Scholarships, Murdoch University Elite Athlete Program, Murdoch Guild, The Smith Family, the 1K plus likes/followers on my Facebook page. Those of you who consistently dis/liking, and sharing post/s on my page to show your support in what I do, mean a lot and appreciate all of you with Love from above. And thanks to you, regardless I have mentioned you by name or not, I want you to know I am grateful for what you are doing for me, behind closed doors, and hope you are all doing great too. Also, I am wishing you and your family, a very great Christmas and a wonderful, prosperous New Year. Thank You and have a blessed day. 13.01.2022 "Where I am from a card or envelop never comes empty" Be it large or little or money, the best gift to offer someone struggling or not, is a card or envelop, open it and see your surprise/s, hence why offerings, prayer requests and tithes are always in an envelope. #Logic #CommonSense and as I mentioned previously... "We are in Australia and if anyone needs help, we should help if you can rather than call them names when we are doing the same, but differently" Thanks and enjoy thé video if you are watching. #TeamCALLAS #AthleticsMyLife #HappySunday #NoExcuses #HypocriticalWorld #HeartLessWorld

11.01.2022 From 11-31st of May, I have been doing push ups every day to tackle mental health illnesses, not only amongst youth but in Australia and beyond along with my boys and many other Australians who were part of this movement. In total my team of 6 did about 15230 push ups where each person tallied about 3046 push ups. Anyone can suffer from mental health but together we can help ease and understand to not harm ourselves or feel worthless about taking our lives away so soon. An...d this is why we #PushForBetter for this year and we will keep pushing until we all are better than never before. So tonight at 7pm on my personal FB page I will be LIVE and doing as many push ups as possible until I am tired . So if we are friends come and join me and see how much you can push until you are tired. #PushUpChallenge #PushForBetter

10.01.2022 As per my previous post, we live in a very hypocritical and selfish world, and it will always be that way! Mother always says, "No matter what you do, do it! Be it good or bad, because you cannot please anyone in this world, but do it with a clear conscious and never wish bad upon anyone." #BLESSED I do not seek anyone's approval nor to be accepted or to be loved, because regardless of what you or I do, the people of this world will hate or love you. I choose my path, my dest...iny and the only thing you can do is to support me or not and regardless of the obstacles, you best believe I will overcome it. I have come this far (Village to Australia #Privelage), what makes you think I will not make it to the next day. #GodHlelpME #NoExcuses So lets talk the talk, walk the walk, if you think what I did would be done better or differently, call Steve and give him better options, ask him about our meet up. Until then, my actions can only be justified, judged, and punished by the old man himself, God. Therefore, you can either be a "supporter" or "hater" to "bring me down" or just sit back watch the journey, nevertheless, I am not stopping till God takes His breath away from me. So, what I share on this page is to challenge you to do better than me, provide alternatives, collaborate with it or not, either way, I only compete with myself, my personal bests' and no one else. Photographed By: Harry Cunningham #AthleticsMyLife #TeamCALLAS #NoExcuses

10.01.2022 If you are a Christian and you want to talk about All Live Matters Read about The Lost Sheep in Matthew 18:12-24 or in Luke 15:3-7 The Lost Son (Return of the prodigal son) Luke 15:11-32 these are just few and most popular one. ... If you are a politician or believe in science or in the health industry and want to talk about All Lives Matter think about What has been on your agenda and high priorities since the arrival of COVID-19 why are you not talking about the rest of the other deadly diseases? If you are an atheist and want talk about All Live Matters think about If there was a house on fire in your neighbourhood and the fire emergency arrives, do you think they should attend to all houses to make sure they are not on fire as well or they should attend to the one that is currently burning?!? And if all of that doesn’t make sense and you still want to talk about All Live Matters ask yourself if you will go to a breast cancer clinic and ask What about testicular cancers or sac tumour?!? So if a person of colour or black person protests about #BlackLivesMatter it is because they do not have the same privileges as you. Your life is not at risk and you should be proud and join us in this movement rather than fight against us. We are fighting for equality and justice to be done across all humans not just for black people. So join us and let’s stop inhumanity against us, a person of colour or of any kind that doesn’t look white. It’s Racism vs the world. #BlackExcellence #BlackfutureMatters #BlackLivesMatter #LetMeBreathe #ICantBreathe #StopPoliceBrutality #StopRacism #BLMPerth #BLMSydney #OneLove #JusticeForAll #NoHate #EqualRights #BlackLivesMatteovement #NoExcuses #TeamCALLAS

09.01.2022 Let’s not stop at nothing, rather than do anything to get where we want to go be. #Success As we are slowing getting back normal. Are you one of the luckiest one going back to gym this week, if you are going back to gym what would be your first work out?!? What part of the body would you be working on?!? ... If not what have you been doing to replace your gym workout?!? Remember a healthy body, gives you a healthy mindset and positive outcomes to life daily. #TeamCALLAS #NoExcuses

06.01.2022 Dammit! I think I would have been dead if it wasn’t for the Grace and Love of God and these three beautiful souls; Tom (shirtless), Annaliese (with the sun glasses) and Michelle. In the blink of an eye two lives were going to be lost. As I am writing; I am just reminiscing what was going through my mind as I was about to face death. And to be frank, my mind and thoughts were blank until I was back on the surface of the water, but then just laughed in shock for at least 30 s...econds. And now thé fear is haunting, which may take me a week or month or so to get over such trauma. I was excitedly encouraging Norbu, (in blue and white shirt) to swim towards me on the rock behind us in these images where I was standing. When Norbu started to swim towards me, within less than 5meter and 30seconds away from the rock, he started drowning. Without a second thought, I screamed out for help and jumped into the water. Not being a great swimmer myself, Norbu automatically saw this as a chance to grab me, out of panic using my shoulder, pushing me down with his arms and feet to come up and grasp some air. Suddenly, I had an arm wrapped around my waist and I was back to the rock where I sat immediately to breathe and as I looked around, Norbu was back on shore in the middle of Michelle and Annaiiese. This is and was a pure act of humanity, not knowing these three people, but yet they came to our rescue the moment they saw we were in danger. Without them, you would be reading a whole different post tonight. Thanks again, Tom, Annaliese and Michelle for being our Earthly Heros and Angels. See you all on Tuesday, alive and walking on for some feed. Words cannot express how grateful I am to God for you three. Friends and family, I am ok and still alive. Praising and thanking the Living Lord, Christ Jesus. #LessonLearnt. - Swim places that are visible to others. (we got help cause people were around us) - Don’t encourage anyone that cannot swim well to swim. - Always scream out for help and make sure help is coming before you can attempt to save a drowning person. - And lastly, never go out swimming alone, especially if you cannot swim well. Luckily we were together. #TeamCALLAS #NoExcuses #IAmAlive

06.01.2022 It’s been a year since over 2000s people including businesses watch their belongings of more than 5 - 25 years or more burn to dust within lessthan 2 hours. Many stood, watched, and couldn’t do anything but grief deeply. Others lost their lives trying to defend the fire to save their belongings orto save their loved ones. And others were horrible burn or dying from heatstrokes. A year now, many have not been able to have a roof over their head nor a bed to sleep on. Not after... they lost everything the Government announced to stay home, keep yourdistances and to not come out because of such pandemic we face today, can youimagine that. To stay Home. Many of us are planning and thinking about what trip to take once the pandemic is over, about Christmas dinner and presents. It was with heartfelt to see people who have not yet recovered from the bushfires. These people's outlook on life is beyond incredible, they were more than grateful and appreciative of what they have now, the people that came to help and the fact they will be sleeping on a bed under a roof rather than what they have lost. I felt nothing more but ashamed of myself and many that complain every now and then because they will not go out to get a haircut, havea nice meal, or go to a mate house. Should we feel guilty for complaining, is a competition to see who has it worst or best than another person?!? Personally NO but being grateful, optimistic, and having gratitude is a great way to show appreciation to the world and the people around us. Step out and give someone ahelping hand, you may know that you and I are very privileged to be where we are, regardless of our circumstances. Due to privacy reasons and respect, I have no images of the homes or the area damaged nor images of the people we helped or the volunteers, but if youare interested to know about places that still needing help and want to help, feel free to contact me privately or ask Mr. Google. Until then, have a blessed Sunday and a blessed week at head. #NoExcuses #TeamCallas #AthleticsMyLife

05.01.2022 Today’s protest made me feel better than before. #BlackLivesMatter #NoExcuses #TeamCALLAS One thing you should know about me if it has not been clear, I am stand firm for my life, human life, youth and young adults’ mental health issues. I am a moral, optimistic and realistic person. I live in the NOW not the past (History of black sufferings and stigmas will forever remain though). I cannot change the past but I can help to change and prevent the past from happening again ...hence why I will always fight for what I believe in based on my values. I don’t promote violence nor hate. #Never #NotHealthy I had about 2k plus friends on Facebook, I reduce it to just 378 to be accurate only those I have met and know personally and those that reacts only . So if I post anything and you are against me and not giving a reasonable explanation but feel the need to attack and to make me look as if I am standing for the wrong thing, I will unfriend you kindly. I would rather have 3 people that agree with me and find a solution together, than have unnecessary Facebook arguments. #NotWorthMeTime #Unnecessary It’s not healthy for me or for you and that’s a mental health issues, negativities, frustrations and anger of others, don’t need that. I always want to be happy, that’s the way to long life. #Happiness I do not post hateful speech, I post facts and share the NOW not HISTORICAL Events. I am traumatised already by that and don’t need to be reminded. It’s either we are working together or we ain’t working at all. #Nohate #RealLove. #BlackLivesMatter #BLMPerth #BLMPerthSolidarity Thanks to those who all came along today and thanks to all the organisers!!! We have made history!! And it is very sad that with the amount of my African brothers and sisters sharing so many historical events and recent tragedies, that they were not there. We preach so much about waking up and being united but yet can’t stand in Solidarity with our brothers and the one at your door. Thanks Beautifull for coming along as always Rose . #NoExcuses #ShameOnUs #PractiseWhatYouPreach #TogetherWeStand #DividedWeFall

02.01.2022 I have shared this on all of my social media stories but I want to share it those who have not yet seen or read it. By now you may have seen or heard of recent fight amongst our brothers and sisters. With such behaviour/act I feel it is a cry for help and I want and I really hope that this will be the last ever physical violence that we will ever see among ourselves in Perth and around Australia, and hopefully around the globe. We are destined and made for greatness, prospe...rity and excellence in all things we do. And physical violence is not and should not be one of them! #BlackExcellence Parents, Brothers and Sisters if you have a friend that is involving and going through anything abusive that may lead to fighting physically, please do not encourage it by all means, take them for a drive, distract them and tell them about how good they have been and how great they are going to be. Walking away has make them a winner as it takes a real winner to walk away from any upsetting situations. 01.01.2022 Last Tuesday, the Taylor’s Boys did not only compete at the Shenton College Athletics’ Track and Field trials but demonstrated incredibly beyond expectations in their events. The weather was not the best neither, but nothing stop the boys including the rest of the school kids to compete at their very best, believe it or not swimming goggles and caps were worn in order to compete accordingly. With that said, Nate won all three sprints with huge Personal Best in the 100m wit...h 11.70, 200m with 23.07 and massive win in the 400m as well as placing just second in the 100m hurdles. Meanwhile Georgie competed in 8 events, a massive PB in the 400m with a time of 57.03, second in the 200m, 100m, 100m hurdles, triple jump and first in the Long jump. Despite the whole COVID-19 restrictions and social distancing, I was able to watch some of the events live using FaceTime with the help of Penny, this proves that nothing is beyond impossible with the world of technology. Once again congrats to the Taylor’s Boys and to everyone who competed last Tuesday, thanks to our volunteers, organisers and teachers who made this day possible regardless of our current world pandemic and situations. Always Looking forward to better days and more wins for #TeamCALLAS. #NoExcuses #TeamCALLAS #AthelticsMyLife
