08.01.2022 Ever wondered how dancers do what they do? In this one of a kind event on March 14th we will explore the unique ways in which dancers defy anatomy to create the exquisite art of Ballet. Over the course of the morning we will work in a hands on workshop to explore the muscles of the body and find ways to activate them the way a dancer needs. Through visual demonstrations and specific, one of a kind exercises, we will help anyone...even non-dancers...to develop heightened body ...awareness and understanding. After lunch we will do a ballet class designed to follow on from the morning's anatomical discoveries and finish off the day with a Q&A about the path a dancer takes from early childhood to professional.
