03.01.2022 Crafting a Will is not straightforward... Consider: A will is the last act that you do, really, and if you don't get it right you can hurt people. Even when people don't want to leave much to particular beneficiaries or leave them out, I often say that they should be acknowledged in the will, and even if a small gift was made, that is better than excluding them, because that's the last thing that that person will read about you.
