25.01.2022 Electricians do it with less resistance and more frequency.

18.01.2022 Doing a drive motor overhaul on an electric forklift. Not as bad a job as first thought but you do need a Suzuki to hold the mast up.

18.01.2022 Need a car put together? Here’s a dirt circuit car we did a list of jobs too including a trans cooler, fuel lines, ratchet shifter, radiator and a rewire. This is one very angry 253 should be a blast on the track.

16.01.2022 Here’s another conversion up n running. old Morris with a 2016 Suzuki Jimny motor.

16.01.2022 Atkinson auto electrical and mechanical are still up and running as per normal. We have taken steps to wipe over keys/steering wheels etc, will be cleaning our hands and tools with each job and are happy to pick up/drop off cars with in Tumby Bay if required. You are welcome to call us to organize repairs and any requirements you have. Please call- Glen ‘The Mechanic’ 0400 184 817... Casey ‘The Auto Electrician’ 0428710050 Thank you. See more

13.01.2022 Kinda looks like me when I hold my hammer

13.01.2022 Here’s something different I’ve just wired up. A Morris that’s been roof chopped and rat rodded, with a 2016 Suzuki Jimny 1.3L motor. Be a reliable head turner once done.

09.01.2022 Got some free labour cleaning up the workshop after last weeks dust storms. All I can say is I’m glad it’s free!

06.01.2022 Nice day to be overbooked!

04.01.2022 Well it’s that time of year again for me to pack up the tools and to stop letting out electrical smoke. Thanking everybody that was involved with us this year as we had an amazing and very busy year! We got to hire Glen and expanded the workshop into mechanical and he’s been ran off his feet from day one. Could not have done it without all the great customers and people who have spread the word. We are now closed until the 5th of January. Hope everyone has a great summer and see you next year!

04.01.2022 Roses are red, Violets are blue. I spend all my money on car parts So no flowers for you!

04.01.2022 Here’s something interesting inside of a cheap Lithium Battery

02.01.2022 Here’s one of the Injector/glow plug inserts from a 1950s International BTD6 Dozer. The original glow plugs are 1.7v and run in series with a glow light, which have burnt out and are now obsolete. I’ve made an adapter and used 1HZ Landcruiser 11v glow plugs in parallel to make a reliable glow system better than the originals and cheap to replace.
