25.01.2022 We have plenty of NZ geoduck, king crab clusters, large green lip abalone meat, Glacier 51 toothfish from Antarctica, dried abalone, canned abalone, dried fish maw, live snow crabs, live mud crabs, live lobster and a large range of fresh fish coming in daily.

They’re up to 500 grams each. Shop will be open from now until they’re all sold out. This may be quite quick! Due to popularity, daily deliveries of this size will happen going forward. Plenty for everyone. Just need to time your visit when they’re available.

23.01.2022 New season local WA caught fresh threadfin salmon just in. Available in cutlets or whole. Just pan fry and add a pinch of salt. Firm white flesh and very fresh.

23.01.2022 Spanish mackerel season has basically ended in Western Australia so we got some from the Sydney Fish Markets flown in. And as always, lots and lots of salmon cutlet and fillet available. Sashimi grade salmon too.
