24.01.2022 This client has installed a granny flat on their acreage block. As this needs to be fully self-contained, new septic tank and trenches were fully completed. Furthermore, a dual rainwater tank system was installed with a pump to supply the dwelling with running water. Adding to this, a hot water unit was fitted to allow for instant hot water throughout making it a fully independent and comfortable home for the client. 10.01.2022 The end of last year, the crew at Atlantis were busy replacing and upgrading this acreage block’s sewer drainage system before Xmas day. Originally this block had poor flow due to the amount of tree roots surrounding the pipework and septic soakage trenches. This block was covered in tree’s and bushes which was continually causing to be a problem. The owner had asked us to clear all trees and bushes to stop these issues. Once all the trees were removed new soakage trenches and pipework was installed and the ground was levelled ready for turf.
