24.01.2022 While some things never change (like Jono's bad dad jokes), other things do and there are some exciting projects underway in our little place. We begin with a beautiful new machine. Last night we said farewell to our trusty Linea. As the old faithful is sent off to be refreshed and revived ready for a new adventure (details to follow).... our new Linea PB AVR arrives. With thanks to La Marzocco Australia, the team at Brewtech and the Cafe Technica lads.... A special shout out to the talented Dan from Specht Design for the custom work. So beautiful. We will load more photos soon... Stay tuned for the next steps in our transformation.
