17.01.2022 Just finished a 10day meditation retreat with vipassina. What an amazing experience! Feel so calm & happy Highly recommend for anyone. Great for helping with Depression/anxiety/ongoing stress/chronic pain A few anecdotal stories to make you smile...... Animal magnetism Finding a huntsman spider hiding in my meditation cushions. Passed this test at remaining silent & equanimous. Taking my little friend outside before continuing meditation. My 2nd test unfortunately I did not pass as I failed to remain silent and equanomous by yelling "SHIT" & performing a no hand cartwheel after opening my eyes whilst meditating on a tree stump out side & seeing a snake in between my legs looking directly up at me. Come on the Vics Had a lot of fun and learned a lot from many different professionals about all aspects of the game.
