10.01.2022 Happppy Friday, friends! Before we wind down the work week and head into the weekend I wanted to ask you... what comes to mind when you hear the phrase "stop ...playing small"? For me, playing small = all the excuses I make around doing things I’m secretly afraid of. It used to show up when I sat down to email my list of subscribers or when I had to get on a big stage and share a story that made me feel super vulnerable -- despite *knowing* it would be a really important and powerful message for thousands of women in the crowd. (^^How I felt last year when Rachel Hollis invited me to tell the story of my weight loss journey on stage at her RISE event) Playing small means we let our fears and insecurities get in the way of what we truly want in life and the greatness we are capable of. I wanted to remind all of you that playing BIG may feel uncomfortable at first but it's necessary to have a greater impact on the world and to live a life full of purpose and passion!
