24.01.2022 Christmas is nearly here once again, and 2015 is coming to an end. We want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their support throughout this, our first year. Once again we are hoping for bigger and brighter things next year, not only for @ My Place Cafe, but for everyone. We will be closed for the festive season from Monday the 21st of December 2015, and will be re-opening on Tuesday the 5th of January 2016. ... We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a safe, happy, healthy and prosperous New Year. We need to say a special big thank you to all our loyal customers that have been with us throughout the 2015 year, your support has been very much appreciated. See you all in the new year...

24.01.2022 Hi everyone, Just ready for summer, we now have our gourmet HOMEMADE range of delicious icecreams. We still have everyones favorite originals, vanilla and chocolate, but our other varieties include... Rocky Road Coffee Nutella Zesty Lemon Lime Berry Mix and Salted Caramel From zingy, fruity to sweet treat, hopefully there is something to tempt everyone's taste buds. We now have three different size cups, small, medium and large. It's up to you what amount you deserve to treat yourself with.

23.01.2022 This gorgeous little angel enjoyed her first ever babycino @ My Place. She thoroughly enjoyed it as you can see. We have enjoyed your visits to our cafe and are sorry to hear you are moving away from the neighbourhood. We look forward to seeing you all again soon when you come for a visit.

21.01.2022 If anyone in our local area has lost a dog this morning please contact the West Torrens Council. It looks like a beagle, is female, and tan and grey/light black in colour. She has no collar so there was no way to identify her or her owners. She is very friendly and entered our back yard at approx. 9:15 this morning.... If she is microchipped the council will no doubt try to contact her mum and dad. Please share this around should you suspect you know the owners. Thank you

19.01.2022 Valentines day is only 1 more sleep away. For all the love birds, or anyone else who is looking for somewhere to go for breakfast or lunch tomorrow, come and let us serve you. We have a special deal for tomorrow only, purchase one main meal and receive a complimentary small coffee on us. ... Just a small thank you, for letting us look after you on your special day.

19.01.2022 Due to high demand, we have decided to continue our Fathers Day Special offer for a short time only. So now, any day at any time, you can come in and purchase a My BIG Breakfast and receive a FREE regular coffee to enjoy. If you don't feel like a coffee to go with your breakfast, you can choose to have a fresh orange juice on the house instead. Don't forget the only day we are closed is Mondays. 18.01.2022 Another successful Birthday party for our new good friend and loyal customer. One year older since the last party we held for her, but she certainly doesn't look a day older. Happy Birthday Jen, we hope you and your family enjoyed yourselves, I'm guessing by all the smiles and laughter you did.... We are looking forward to helping Jens sister celebrate her 80th Birthday party later in the year. Thank you for letting us be included in the celebration. 16.01.2022 Well we finally made it, today is "At My Place Cafes" 1 year anniversary! To celebrate this first milestone we have created some gorgeous and delicious apple roses. Fresh out of the oven, ready for sale, you can come and treat yourself to one with icecream / cream or both. ... It has been a wonderful year getting to know so many beautiful people, and are truly pleased that we have got to spend this day with some of our lovely loyal customers, who have supported us since the day we opened our doors. We look forward to what the future has in store with you!

Just in time for some more hot weather, we now have a new range of our gourmet ice creams along with some of your old favorites. ... Flavors include: Mango delight Choc honeycomb crumble After dinner mint Salted caramel Coffee Zesty lemon lime If you have a particular flavor you would like us to make, please let us know your suggestion, and we'll be more than happy to try and make it in our next batch.

07.01.2022 Hi everyone, Due to the West Torrens council and their bylaws, we are now unable to display any of our signage boards or flags on the footpath. We realize this is going to be an inconvenience for most of you. From what feedback we have received from a number of our regular customers, as with them, many of you, would have used those to work out whether we were open or closed.... We are fighting the council to try and get them back, but at this stage the outcome is not certain. We are still allowed our sandwich board, so that along with the open door, will be the only way for the time being to see whether we are open. We do apologize to all our customers, new and old for this inconvenience, and we'll keep you posted of any outcomes. As always we thank you for your patronage, and will hopefully be able to get back to normal soon.

06.01.2022 Today we had the honor of hosting yet another one of our lovely customer's birthday parties. But this one was incredibly special, as during the week he turned a remarkable 95 years of age. Congratulations Fred, our beautiful friend on what is a rare accomplishment. You are a wonderful man and we are truly blessed to have met you.
